1. View Sales Statistics

View at a glance the global statistics from your affiliate sales with up to date information on how many affiliates you have signed up to your affiliate program, how much you have paid out to affiliates until now, and the total number of sales generated from your affiliates.

2. View Affiliate Sales Statistics / ClickThrus

>Sales Statistics Screen

This screen will let you view your affiliate sales statistics only, including their e-mail address and web address. This screen lets you quickly spot your best resellers and any sales pending approval. You can also spot which affiliates have been inactive for some time and follow-up with them to devise a way that you can assist them on improving their present marketing strategies.

>ClickThrus Statistic Screen

This screen will let you view only the clickthrus and page view statistics and ratio. Here you can easily spot which affiliate brings the most traffic to their site with the page view and banner click statistic. The clickthrus page is a great tool to figure out how many page views it takes on the average to get one banner click and how many banner clicks it takes to produce a sale. The Clickthrus Statistic page is also an excellent tool to track which one of your banners is actually driving more traffic with the banner click figure.

>View All Sales Statistics

The View All Sales Statistics screen lets you combine both the sales and clickthrus statistic screens in one screen for complete information.  This will give you the real evaluation of your affiliate sales. With this screen you have all of the data at your fingertips where you can make sound strategic marketing decisions.

3. Manage Approve Affiliate Sales

At times you may have a charge back or an invalid credit card number with one of your sales. For that reason all sales are held in a holding place for you to view and approve before they are actually posted to the referring affiliate's record. The Manage Approve Affiliate Option allows you to view which sale you want to approve and AffTrac will automatically post and notify your affiliate by e-mail that they have made a sale. This gives you complete control over the sales process.

>Manually Assigning Sales To Your Affiliates Add / Subtract a Comm.

The 'Add /Subtract' feature on the control panel is for entering all other sales that do not come from your on-line sales form. For instance, phoned or faxed orders. With the 'Add' feature, simply enter the referring affiliate ID# and the amount of commission they should receive and the sale will be automatically posted to their account. At times you may have overpaid or may have a charge back from the credit card company where you would need to subtract the commission amount from an affiliate sale. The 'Subtract' feature will accomplish just that.

4. Administration Sales Report

The Sales Report is normally performed at the end of the month. It tabulates all the affiliate sales, e-mails your affiliate a sales report of their earnings, and clears the register for the next month. From the sales report you can cut all of your affiliates' commission checks due.

5. Configuring AffTrac

This is the heart of the system. If AffTrac is not properly configured it will not function properly. Only the program owner (licensed) can access the 'Program Settings.'  In fact, after all settings have been properly set at the time of installation of AffTrac, they should not need to be changed unless you would want to change the commission ratio or the default clickthru page.

6. E-mails / Export Affiliates

The E-mail Management section allows you to fully customize messages your affiliates receive upon signing-up and making a sale. After clicking on the e-mail option you want, just begin to type.

The E-mail All Affiliates feature is great when you want to e-mail a marketing message or memo to all of your current affiliates. It will automatically e-mail the message to all of the e-mail addresses you have in the AffTrac databaseor change the existing default message to your own personal message.

>Export E-mail Addresses

The 'Export E-mail Addresses' feature will not only allow you to export your affiliates' e-mail addresses, but also to any other field contained in the sales database by simply checking (selecting) the fields you want to export. You can either export them to a comma or tab delimited text file.

8. Security

With AffTrac's password protected Control Panel your sales data is safe. You are the only one that can access your affiliate sales data.

9. Exporting Your Sales

>Export Database

The 'Export Database' feature will export all of your sales statistics to a text file for you to import into any database program you would like.  Once you have imported the data into your desktop database you can manipulate the data any way you choose.

10. Setting / Changing Commission Rate

The commission rate paid to your affiliates is set globally, meaning that if you set your first tier at 20% and your second tier at 5% then all affiliates in the database will be receiving the same commission amount. At any time you can change the commission amount paid to your affiliates through the AffTrac Control Panel 'Configuration' option but keep in mind that this will affect only newly registered affiliates after you have changed the commission rate. All previous affiliates will still be paid at the previous commission rate.

11. Deleting An Affiliate Member

With the 'Deleting An Affiliate Member' feature you can avoid having your database filled with 'dead affiliates' that haven't had any activity for over 90 days. Many affiliates will sign-up to your affiliate program, but we have found out that only about 20% will really push and work their affiliate program. AffTrac is setup to send you an e-mail notification when an affiliate has been inactive for 90 days, but it can be set to any length of time you desire at the time of the installation.

>To Delete an Affiliate Member

From the control panel enter the affiliate ID# you want to delete and click on the View / Edit Affiliate Record button to view this affiliate's record. To delete this affiliate, click on the 'Delete This Affiliate from the Database' button.  A confirmation page confirming the deletion will appear.
