3. Run your Affiliate Program like a valued outside sales force
4. Have sufficient resources to manage your program daily, don't let your Affiliates get frustrated because you take too long to respond to their emails and questions for example
5. Keep your program innovative, test it often and adapt to what works best quickly
6. Be Committed to the program, it requires discipline, either do it right or don't do it at all
